This is Culture Shox, a unique opportunity to visit FREE arts, culture and science venues and events for 13 – 19 year-olds in Westminster. All the venues and events in these listings are completely FREE to under 16s, and most are also free to over 16s. Music, art, science, theatre, photography, film, history, literature, media and dance - there’s something for everyone here.
Culture Shox is a Westminster City Council initiative.

Over 30 youth projects and programmes. Enjoy fun experiences and gain nationally recognised accreditation.
Make your own music, cut the “vinyl”, be part of the editorial team of a young people’s magazine called “Ouch!”, polish your public speaking skills, enjoy outdoor pursuits and expedition experience, skate boarding and archery as well as 11 weeks holiday activities programme and Summer Uni courses.
Or why not stand in the Youth MP election, be part of the panel to approve Youth Opportunity Funds, inspect youth projects, or sit on a recruitment panel for Youth Service staff.
Plus there are plenty of volunteering opportunities, peer education initiatives and work experience programmes for you to gain the skills you’ll need for work.
